Talk to the GiftKoin team
Whether it's an order question, trouble with a payment, or something else entirely, pick the way that's easiest for you — email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or the form below — and a real person on the team will get back to you.
We usually reply within a few hours, and always within 24. If you'd rather check first, the FAQ further down covers the questions we hear most.

Frequently asked questions
General
What you see at checkout is what you pay us — no hidden surcharge, no service fee on top.
The only extra cost is the blockchain network fee your wallet charges to broadcast the transaction. That fee goes to the network (miners or validators), not to GiftKoin, and it varies with the coin, network, and current congestion.
One thing to watch: we need to receive exactly the amount shown at checkout. Some wallets default to «subtract fee from amount» — that leaves you short and triggers our underpayment rules. Pay the network fee on top, never out of the payment.
Yes. Every customer starts at Bronze and moves up through Silver, Gold, and Diamond as their total purchases grow. Higher tiers can unlock better discounts on certain brands and regions.
Upgrades are automatic — your tier moves up on its own after each purchase, with no request needed, and any discount is already applied to the prices you see. You can check your current tier and progress to the next one in your profile.
Payment & crypto
No — never reuse a payment address. Always copy the address shown on the checkout page for the order you're paying for right now.
Every order generates a fresh, single-use address. Even if today's address looks like one you've used before, it isn't permanently assigned to you. Sending crypto to an address from an old order may send your funds to someone else — and there's no way for us to recover them.
When you open a checkout, you'll see a payment window with a countdown. For your order to be processed, your transaction needs at least one blockchain confirmation before that window expires.
Two rules to keep your funds safe:
- If the window has already expired, don't send the funds. They may not be credited to your order.
- If the window is close to expiring and the network is busy — meaning your transaction realistically can't get a first confirmation in time — don't send either. Refresh the page and start a new checkout instead.
Starting a new checkout takes a moment. Sending into an expiring window can cost you the whole payment.
- You sent more than the order total — the order is fulfilled and the extra is added to your store credit, ready for a future purchase.
- You sent less than the order total — the order isn't fulfilled, but the full amount you sent is added to your store credit. You can use it toward another purchase.
Most orders go through without any verification. In some situations — described in our Terms and Conditions — we'll ask you to complete a short identity verification (KYC) before your order can be fulfilled.
KYC is also required for refunds. If an order needs to be refunded for any reason and you haven't been verified yet, you'll need to complete KYC before we can return the funds.
Every incoming crypto payment is automatically screened against blockchain risk databases — a process called transaction screening (KYT). It checks whether the funds are linked to fraud, hacks, sanctioned wallets, or other illegal activity. This is standard across regulated crypto businesses and protects every customer.
If your payment is under review, one of two things is happening:
- The screening flagged the funds and we need a closer look. A team member will review the transaction manually and either approve and fulfil your order, or reject it and refund you (minus the network fee — see Terms and Conditions).
- You completed KYC, but the screening still flagged the source of funds as high-risk. In rare cases, we can't process the order even after KYC. If that happens, we refund the payment.
Orders & delivery
In your account, under Orders. Each order shows the codes for that purchase.
For security, we don't email codes — they're only available inside your account. We do send order status emails so you know whether your order is processing, ready, or needs your attention.
Yes — and it's the most common mistake buyers make. Most gift cards only work on accounts registered in the same region as the card. An Apple US gift card only works on a US Apple account — it won't redeem on a UK or German Apple ID. Always check the region on the product page and make sure it matches the account where you'll redeem.
If you buy the wrong region by mistake, the order can't be swapped or refunded. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
No — this is one of the most common scams in the gift card world, and we see it almost every day.
It usually plays out the same way: someone you've met online (a «friend», a romantic interest, a «buyer», a «support agent» — anyone) convinces you to buy a gift card and share the code with them. They redeem it instantly, then tell you the code «didn't work» or was «already used». By the time you come to us, the code is gone, and there's nothing we can do.
Rule of thumb: never share a gift card code with anyone you haven't met in person. If someone is pressuring you to buy a card and send them the code, stop and ask why. Real businesses, real friends, and real support agents will never ask you to pay them in gift cards.
Send us your order number and the exact error you're seeing. Reporting deadlines and the conditions for replacement are in our Terms and Conditions — please report any issue as soon as you notice it.
If the issue is on our side, you can choose between a replacement code or a refund — whichever you prefer.
If the platform tells you the code has already been redeemed, we can only replace it if you can show official proof from the provider (Apple, Steam, PlayStation, etc.) that the redemption happened before your purchase date. Without that proof, we can't replace it — usually because the code was redeemed by someone else after you shared it (see the scam warning above).
Account & login
You can sign in three ways:
- Google — one click with your Google account
- Apple — sign in with your Apple ID
- Email — we'll send a one-time code (OTP) to your inbox
All three take you to the same account experience.
No, in most cases. Your account is tied to your email address, not the sign-in method. If you first signed in with Google using [email protected] and later request an OTP for the same address, you'll land in the same account with all your orders intact.
One exception: If you use «Sign in with Apple» with Apple's Hide My Email option, Apple gives us a relay address (e.g. [email protected]) instead of your real email. That relay address is treated as its own account — so an Apple Hide-My-Email login won't be linked to a Google or email login that uses your real address.
While your account is under review, you can sign in and see your full order and payment history, but you can't make new purchases or transactions until the review is finished.
Reviews can be triggered by a possible Terms and Conditions issue, suspicious activity on the account, or a routine manual check. If we need anything from you to complete the review, we'll email you — and we'll also email you once the review is closed.
We only block an account after a review has confirmed a Terms and Conditions violation. Because the review happens first, a block is final and cannot be appealed.
If you had store credit at the time of the block, we refund it in line with our Terms and Conditions — there are some situations described there where a refund may not apply.
Send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email tied to your account. We'll verify the request and process the deletion.
For details on what happens to your data, any remaining store credit, and how long records are retained after deletion, see our Privacy Policy.
Email [email protected] as soon as possible. We'll place a temporary block on your account so no purchases or transactions can happen while you secure your email and recover access.
GiftKoin doesn't currently offer two-factor authentication — sign-in relies on OTP and OAuth (Google/Apple) — so keeping your email account secure is the most important line of defense for your GiftKoin account.
